If you’ve been using Slapp for a while, you will have undoubtedly spotted USA-only brand Milk Makeup, in the app. As our US Slapp fam have been happily shopping their Milk Matches for months, over in the UK and Europe, we’ve been enviously ogling ours from our phones.
Thankfully the wait is over and the plans to move to Cali can be temporarily put on hold.
Founded by Mr & Mrs Zanna Roberts Rassi, of Milk Studios and Marie Claire fame (respectively) - this cult beauty brand, is quite fittingly launching on Cult Beauty, at the end of this month.
We love Milk for their practical, portable and highly effective skincare sticks and their awesome flex concealer (used as base in our Autumn Slapp Shoot).
Milk Makeup are clearly on a mission to make products, with great ingredients that actually work. Their formulas are 100% vegan, paraben and cruelty free, and their minimalistic packaging is oh so Instagram-able. If you don’t want to compromise fun for functionality, Milk Makeup will fast become your new favourite brand.
There are so many great products to try including the CBD-infused Kush mascara avd Kush Fiber Brow Gel. The Matcha Cleanser, Holographic sticks and the temporary Tattoo Stamps Liners, are all essentials.
Their Flex Concealer, is insanely good as a base for low key days and the travel-friendly Cooling Water and Serum sticks, use technology to hydrate and brighten your skin throughout the day.
Notably, the brand is all about inclusion: wear each product as you wish to express yourself.
Check out your matches in the app, where you can currently match to the Flex Concealer and Blur + Set setting powder!
If you want to test anything else before you buy, head down to Covent Garden this weekend, where Cult Beauty will be hosting their first Milk popup.
